Valencia CF will make a trip down south to visit Granada CF on Tuesday night for their Copa del Rey quarter-finals knockout tie at Estadio Nuevo Los Carmenes at 9 pm to keep their Copa del Rey run going as current holders.

Valencia CF have met Granada CF on the road in the Copa del Rey seven times with a total of two victories, no draws and five losses. However, our latest Copa del Rey tie at Estadio Nuevo Los Cármenes ended in a convincing 0-3 victory.

The win dates back to 2016 in the second leg of the last 16 of the Copa del Rey with Wilfred Zahibo opening the scoring late in the first half. Paco Alcácer doubling Valencia CF’s lead over the hour mark and Pablo Daniel Piatti completing the scoreline late on in the game.

Granada CF have knocked out CE Hospitalet, Tamaraceite, Badalona and Badajoz on their way two the quarter-finals. On the other hand, Valencia CF have knocked out two of the strongest third-tier sides in their domestic group.
